Senior roles at Tate Modern, The British Museum, Kew Gardens and English Heritage have given me a deep understanding of how major heritage organisations operate, from governance and funder relationships to creative projects and curatorial practice.

Twenty years of working across institutions of national significance and within local community settings has given me the ability to move with confidence between both, connecting the collections and stories of organisations to the diversity of lived experiences of local people.

As an AIM Aspire Mentor and Art Fund Going Places Mentor, I support heritage practitioners and project leads to build confidence in working their communities, navigate funded projects, evaluate and articulate their impact.
